All our members of staff at St Vincent's are extremely proud of the heritage within our home and proud to be supporting and caring for those ex-servicemen and women, who we thank greatly for their service and their great sacrifice.

Our vision is to ensure that we always offer a homely and enabling environment, where we set our team members up for success, which in turn empowers them to provide the best care to our service users. Our vision is to achieve excellent patient experience and outcomes, that are delivered efficiently and with compassion.

“I feel assured that Mum is receiving a very high standard of care. Mum instantly took to the caring, friendly staff, who were kind and respectful with her. The staff are very professional and approachable, they are informative and supportive. At this very difficult time of Covid, I feel mum is in a safe environment which is reassuring. The home is following the strict government guidelines, whilst still being sensitive to the emotional needs of our family and we are very thankful."
